Malia Manuel is Hawaiians surfer girl born on  August 9, 1993, Kauai, Hawaii. She one of the hottest up and coming female surfers in the world as evidenced by her amazing victory last year at the U.S. Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, California. At that time, the event was only the second WQS event that Manuel has sailed, and 15 years Wailua was competing with a number of veteran professionals.
