Knowing About Bodyboarding
A complete surfing watersport is bodyboarding. Bodyboarding is the easiest than other surfing water sport.
Bodyboarding gear that we can use is not too much, there sre countless. But
there are some equipment must be required to enjoyed this water sport.
One of the gear must be added on bodyboarding is fins,
it’s the most important accessories. and the other most important gear of
windsurfing is leash, especially for beginner. A leash will keep the bodyboard
near from you when you fall off from your bodyboard, so saving wasted time
swimming to fetch your bodyboard. To protect and take warmth your body, we can
using wetsuit. Wetsuits have different thicknes and body coverages. To protect
from rash we need lycra surf shirt that usually using on warm, tropical
location. And the last gear to be added on surfboarding is wax.

surfing experience:
KNOW YOUR LIMITS – If you unfamiliar with the beach and
the condition, please ask to lifeguard and beach postings to become familiar
before you surfboarding.
USE PROPER SWIM FINS –
Fins very usefull for all, but a few body boarders want using fins. Relying on
arm strength alone is not recommended. Fins make us easiest to catch the wave,
it’s help us push our boards forward into the wave by kicking with fin since we
can using our arms. We can buy fins special design for bodyboarding in the surf
zone, and don’t using diving fins for bodyboarding.
UNDERSTAND THE MOTION IN
THE OCEAN - Every beach has different characteristics, though these may change
with the surf conditions. Waves will break in specific directions or in
specific locations. Many beaches have piers or rock jetties that can either
help shape the waves or present dangerous obstacles.
UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT THE RULES OF WAVE RIDING - Chances
are you won't be alone in the ocean. The rules of priority shared by both
bodyboarding and surfing is unwritten.
